A Night of Ideas, Insight, and Industry Voices

Recently, we gathered at The Sloane Club for our second Pillars event, a focused, invite-only roundtable that brought together an exceptional group of voices from across the hospitality world. From chefs and caterers to entrepreneurs, sustainability consultants, luxury wedding planners, and creative thinkers, the room was rich with experience, energy, and perspective.

Led by Mike Kershaw, the evening opened up space for honest and considered discussion. We explored the shifts shaping our industry today, changing consumer preferences, the role of technology in hospitality experiences, the path toward sustainability, and the need for real-time adaptability in a landscape that feels constantly in a state of change and progression.

Driven by a group of engaged people exchanging ideas around the same table, the tone was both collaborative and curious.

The conversation didn’t end when the session closed; many of our guests continued over a shared dinner, where the conversation evolved and community deepened.
